Ingredients
  

  • Ribeye or NY Strip
  • Original Smoked Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Butter
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Fresh Thyme

Method
 

  1. Season steak generously with smoked salt + pepper.
  2. Smoke at 225°F until internal hits 115°F.
  3. Rest 5–10 minutes.
  4. Sear hard in cast iron with butter, garlic, thyme.
  5. Finish at 130–135°F.
  6. Add a light sprinkle of smoked salt before serving.
