  • Jumpin Jalapeno Smoked Salt
  • Cream Cheese
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Bacon

Method
 

  1. Butterfly chicken.
  2. Season inside and out.
  3. Stuff with cream cheese and cheddar.
  4. Wrap in bacon.
  5. Smoke at 275º F until 165º internal.
