  • Tri-tip roast
  • SSPG Smoked Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Optional: light beef rub layer

Method
 

  1. Coat with oil.
  2. Heavy layer of SSPG.
  3. Smoke at 250º F to 120º F internal.
  4. Sear to finish.
  5. Slice against the grain.
